Twelve-Year-Old Girl Shot In Her St. Louis Home

All too often, we hear news stories regarding people who were shot because of gunmen who fired into a crowd of people. A recent article on the KSDK.com website was released that highlighted such an incident that occurred in St. Louis.

According to the article, the incident took place near a north city home on a Saturday night near the end of April. Police are searching for three suspects in the shooting. Witnesses report that the three gunmen began firing into a crowd of people. One of the witnesses, who was a thirty-nine-year-old man, fired back at the suspects, who then fled from the scene.

According to the reports, one twelve-year-old girl was injured and treated at an area hospital for her injuries. The girl was inside the home and was shot in the leg. Another man in his forties was shot in the arm. Fortunately, no one was killed during the shooting.

The details of this incident are unclear, and police are still investigating at this time.
