Cyclist in Alton Hit by an Intoxicated Driver Dies

According to a recent news story in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch the driver of a vehicle that struck and killed a cyclist over the April 13th weekend has been charged with two counts of aggravated DUI. The driver is facing these very serious charges due to the fact that he was under the influence of Marijuana and alcohol when the accident occurred.
